When life feels heavy.
Life can feel heavy sometimes, especially when you’re carrying more than your share.
Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t let up.
Grief you haven’t fully named.
Old trauma that still lingers.
Or a sense of being stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand.
You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need somewhere to start.
I offer a space where you can talk about what’s really going on. No pressure, no performance.
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, which means we go at your pace. You’ll be met with empathy, honesty, and respect. Together, we’ll gently notice patterns, connect the dots, and move toward something lighter.
Who I work with
People often come to me when something feels heavy, stuck, or overwhelming.
That might look like:
anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, or trauma
struggling with how you show up in relationships
navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, chronic stress, pain, or illness
patterns around food, control, and self-worth
processing the aftermath of abuse, the pain of betrayal, or exploring identity
navigating non-traditional relationships
living with big emotions — anger, impulsivity, or intense ups and downs — or a quieter, persistent sense of “I don’t feel okay, and I don’t know why.”
You don’t need to package it neatly. We start where you are.
I also work with couples who feel disconnected, stuck in patterns, or struggling to communicate, whether it’s about navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or figuring out how to move forward together.
